Yes! We are happy to answer texts, video calls, & phone calls. We are usually able to quote pricing over the phone if enough information is obtainable over the phone. A formal quote for the repair or installation can also be emailed directly to you.

We dispatch to assess the situation, then we provide you with up-front pricing before we begin work.
